SCIA Arbitrator; Professor of Law, Peking University School of Transnational Law.
Mark Feldman also serves as Global Associate at the National University of Singapore Centre for International Law, as vice chair of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) Academic Council, and as a member of the ITA Executive Committee. He previously served as a member of the E15 Initiative Task Force on Investment Policy (World Economic Forum/ICTSD) and as Chief of NAFTA/CAFTA-DR Arbitration in the Office of the Legal Adviser at the U.S. Department of State.
