随着中美经贸日益频繁，且高科技产品贸易在中美贸易中比重逐步增加，相关纠纷在所难免，特别是在当前中美经贸摩擦不断升级的背景下，商事争议解决的重要性日益凸显。
With the increasing frequency of Sino-US trade and the increasing proportion of hi-tech product trade in Sino-US trade, related disputes are inevitable, especially in the context of the current escalation of Sino-US trade frictions, the importance of commercial dispute resolution is becoming increasingly prominent.
为帮助我国高科技企业进一步了解美国商事争议解决的最新动向，更好地保护合法权益，美国最大的商事争议解决机构美国司法仲裁调解服务中心（Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services，简称JAMS）和深圳国际仲裁院（SCIA）将于2018年10月23日上午在深圳国际仲裁院总部共同主办以“中美贸易与高科技企业争议解决”为主题的中美贸易与高科技企业争议解决高峰对话会，特诚邀中美高科技企业代表、相关领域的律师以及其他感兴趣的各界人士参加本次活动。
In order to help hi-tech companies learn more about the latest trends in US commercial dispute resolution and better protect their legal rights and interests, JAMS and SCIA will co-host a seminar themed at "Commercial Dispute Resolution on China-American Trade and Hi-Tech Companies" on the morning of 23 October 2018 (Tuesday) at the headquarters of SCIA. In-house counsels of hi-tech companies, lawyers and other professionals are welcomed to this event.
