2023年8月25日，为了深化深圳和迪拜在国际仲裁领域的合作，深圳国际仲裁院（SCIA）和迪拜国际仲裁中心（DIAC）共同签署了一份合作协议（MOU），这是双方迈出的重要一步，双方将以国际仲裁合作为桥梁，共建中国和阿联酋之间争议解决机制。

The MoU, marked by mutual respect and shared vision, intends to forge a path of innovation and excellence in international arbitration. Both parties are geared to leverage their combined strength, offering world-class dispute resolution services to the global business community.It is worth mentioning that according to the MOU, the two parties will establish "SCIA-DIAC Hearing Center" at SCIA Tower, the headquarters of SCIA, in order to deepen the cooperation between the two parties.

合作协议强调相互尊重和共同愿景，旨在通过创新推动共建国际仲裁专业服务合作新路径。双方将发挥各自优势，向全球工商界提供贴合市场需求的争议解决服务。值得一提的是，根据合作协议，双方将会在SCIA的总部——国际仲裁大厦建立SCIA-DIAC联合庭审中心，以进一步加强合作。

H. E. Dr. Tariq Humaid Al Tayer, Chairman of the DIAC Board, remarked on the occasion, "The essence of this MoU resonates with the shared goals of SCIA and DIAC. It is imperative for us to capitalise on this agreement, deepening our collective knowledge and striving together to establish a gold standard for international arbitration."

DIAC董事长Tariq Humaid AI Tayer博士表示：“合作协议的核心内容与SCIA、DIAC的共同目标一致。依托这一份协议，双方将深化共识并共同努力，提升国际仲裁的专业化水平。”

Echoing these sentiments, Dr. LIU Xiaochun, President of SCIA, commented, "Today signifies not just the culmination of our past developments and exchanges but also sets the stage for future collaboration. By combining the strengths and expertise of both SCIA and DIAC, we look forward to achieving significant breakthroughs in the realm of international arbitration."
