    Transnational Investment and Legal Affairs Training Centre

    Transnational Investment and Legal Affairs Training Centre (hereinafter referred to as the "Training Centre") is a cooperation platform for transnational investment and legal affairs training co-founded by Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration and Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation in 2016.


    The Training Centre aims at training arbitration practitioners to have an international vision, to be familiar with international arbitration rules and to be able to lead the formulation or revision of international arbitration rules; studying the latest trend in the arbitration and providing suggestions for decision-making bodies, to enhance the self-protection ability of Chinese governments at all levels and the enterprises "going global" in international arbitration and confrontation, and promote China's strategy of "going global and pulling back" in international arbitration;


    By integrating the professional resources of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration and the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation, the Training Centre strengthens the study of international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration, enhances the training of professionals, serves the "Belt and Road" Initiative, and trains senior legal talents for government departments, any relevant institutions, and cross-border investment enterprises to resolve investor-state disputes and even state-state disputes.
