Announcement of the Council of the

Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration

 

According to the decision by the Second Council of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (also known as “South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission” and “Shenzhen Arbitration Commission”) at its Seventh Meeting, the term of incumbent arbitrators of the current Panel of Arbitrators of Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration is extended from 30 November 2018 to 20 February 2019; the term of incumbent arbitrators of the current Panel of Arbitrators of Shenzhen Arbitration Commission remains unchanged until 20 February 2019.

 

The new Panel of Arbitrators was reviewed and approved by the Second Council at its Seventh Meeting, which will be officially announced in due course. The Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration will implement the new Panel of Arbitrators from 21 February 2019.
