    In order to resolve Chinese enterprises' mining trade disputes in a timely and effective way, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and promote the high-quality development of the industry, on October 20, 2018, the China Mining Association (CMA) and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) signed a cooperation framework agreement to establish a diversified dispute resolution mechanism of "Industrial Mediation + Commercial Arbitration"。

    According to the cooperation framework agreement, CMA and SCIA co-established the CMA International Mediation and Arbitration Centre on May 28, 2019, marking the beginning of the establishment of " Industrial Mediation + Commercial Arbitration" to resolve mining disputes.

    CMA Mediation and Arbitration Centre will help provide the member enterprises of CMA with diversified dispute resolution services. Such service will further optimize the business environment of China's mining industry, Its establishment will also allow for a world-class dispute resolution mechanism and create a highland for resolving international mining disputes in China.
