Announcement on the New SCIA Panel of Arbitrators
In accordance with the Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China and the Ordinance on Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (also known as South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area International Arbitration Center, or Shenzhen Arbitration Commission, hereinafter referred to as “SCIA”), as approved by the Second Council of SCIA at its eighteenth meeting, the new SCIA Panel of Arbitrators will become effective from 21 February 2022.
The new panel includes 1549 arbitrators from 114 countries and regions, including 981 from Mainland China, 149 from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, 18 from Macao Special Administrative Region of China, 17 from Taiwan Region of China, and 384 from foreign countries.
